From the new website of ' INPS still a novelty: the online mailbox . E 'can now see the letters received by the direct download in PDF format and the image of the return receipt in the case of registered mail / r.
is active on the Internet at the service of INPS " online mailbox " a tool that is designed to promote transparency of the communication institute for social security with all the Italians who have received at least one communication from the offices in the INPS recent years.
The service allows the monitor directly on the Web all correspondence with INPS, since 2006. Through the "Mailbox online" you can see all the letters received by INPS in PDF format and, in the case of registered letter, even the image of the return receipt with the date of receipt.
In this way, anyone can at any time from your PC to have a complete and updated its correspondence with INPS, without necessarily having to keep copies of every letter. To access this service you will need the PIN issued by INPS to access all services on line or order toll free 803 164.
Once you have your PIN, simply click on the banner " Online Mailbox" on the home page, or from the "Online Services" click " Servizi al cittadino ” e poi selezionare l’applicazione “Cassetta postale on line”.
